Refund policy

Unopened/ original packaging puzzles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and confirmed to be in resaleable condition, a $4.50 processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
